$135 per 75-minute session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health/behavioral health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- Which providers are in-network?
- What is my co-pay for in-network providers?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I need authorization prior to the first session?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Check or cash are accepted for payment. Payment (or co-payment with approved insurance) is due at each session.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for scheduled appointments.
